A team of more than 170 people, Mediatonic develop and manage a wide portfolio of games on Mobile and PC and are proud to work on some of the world’s largest franchises and top grossing success stories.

As our business expands, we’re looking for a razor-sharp FP&A Manager to join our finance team.

You will provide counsel to product leaders and group executives; throw a spotlight on the underlying factors driving success, identify upside opportunities, visualise variances against our plans and help us to predict the future with increasing accuracy with every game that we make.

You will

  • Provide support to key stakeholders in the business across a wide variety of internal projects and games at every stage in the franchise lifestyle.
  • Analyze monthly product performance; prepare detailed financial models and help to define the KPIs that we use to manage our portfolio.
  • Help to prepare the annual budget, maintain rolling forecasts and our five year plan.
  • Support strategic projects across the group, reporting plans and progress to senior stakeholders
  • Perform month-end variance analysis against our performance.
  • Manage detailed financial information to support business planning and decision making processes.
  • Work in partnership with business operations to encourage change, systemisation, and financial model development within the business.


  • You already have commercial experience in a demanding FP&A role
  • You are ACA qualified or have an international equivalent qualification (desirable)
  • You are mathematically minded with advanced Excel knowledge and familiarity with modeling tools.
  • You want to work in a highly ambitious, fast-paced growth environment.
