HR Coordinator

Working directly with our HR Manager this is a varied support role that could suit either a super switched on graduate looking for broad exposure across a human resources role, or an experienced administrator looking to move into HR.

The role includes:

  • Providing support to the team by being the point of contact for questions about leave, benefits, policy, and other ad-hoc queries, and doing so in a friendly and discreet way
  • Supporting the HR Manager and studio leadership with super efficient administration of our HR data to help ensure a smooth employee experience
  • Assisting the HR Manager and Financial Controller with monthly UK studio payroll administration by preparing payroll files and supporting paperwork
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of leave and absence, correspondence, right-to-work documents, policies, and other HR data, and ensuring information held in BambooHR is always up-to-date.
  • Collaborating with the HR Manager to help deliver projects which improve our policies and procedures, and make our studios great places to work
  • Occasionally lending a hand to the recruitment and finance team when required. Being prepared to muck in and help out wherever you can to support the running of the studio

  • Smart & passionate, you’re quick on the uptake and able to drive tasks through to completion independently – but you’re not afraid to ask for help when you need it
  • You are passionate about helping others and putting people before bureaucracy
  • Hyper-organised, you are great at prioritising your own workload – and organising others
  • Discreet and professional, you take confidentiality seriously
  • Flexible, you have a can-do attitude and are able to deal with multiple tasks with agility
  • A confident communicator, your verbal and written skills are slick, professional and versatile. You’re comfortable dealing with people at all levels – and across wider disciplines
